We are a work in Process.
The “Cup” as it is affectionately called is magical place where Magic and good gluten free food reside with other magical treats.
I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance last November, after hip replacement surgery the last end of August of last year.
After that bumpy ride to recovery I was told that I completely had to change my diet eliminating all wheat and gluten products.
After the initial overwhelming feelings I started researching and decided to try many of the products on the market, which went from very gritty to completely disgusting and inedible. After much trial and error, I decided I had nothing to loose and everything to gain. And if I could help others ENJOY a yummy treat, when they wanted one, it was a win/win situation for all.
I am currently working on my certifications and also looking to find a “certificated kitchen”. I also believe that patience and perseverance are all part of the dance of
“The Cup & Sauceress”.
